Is It Easier to Schedule the Sessions in the Evenings?

So ignite is next week, and i'm looking at my calendar. Is it better that the sessions are timed so that is it's an evening time for you? Or would it be easier if the sessions would be held during daytime, during office hours? And i'm not sure, because i'm looking on my calendar. I feel slightly guilty sitting in my home office or sitting on the sofa, just listening and watching something the whole day. So for now, i think the evening timing works better, because then at least you do have a chance to catch up on some of the things.
