What Is Management?
I think management is setting the stage for work. I also like the word self-management because there is not just self in there but it's self-management. Sometimes I think teams are missing the management part, kind of like we serve as a team and then who does the management? A lot of products do need more than one team. And then how do we organize that? So how do we set a stage for several teams? But what is, you said management, self-management, it's also management but what is management? I don't get that. You can't trust what you say then. That's really good. We have real jobs besides this. This is therapy
