Hard ones have only been dead for a little bit of powerful. No, I will not confirm anything in the canon of who's alive and who's dead because... Makes sense. Also, we don't need to talk about it. Being a human or being a halfling does not mean that you are automatically 100% dead,. but it does mean that you don't have to at me about bringing back NPCs. Most of them are gone.
