Why Delhi Government Spends So Much Money on Advertising

The discrepancy is crazy, man. It's the same kind of principally principle argument of people who say that why are we going to Mars or sending things to Mars when we are poverty in the country? And I don't think that it's a reasonable way to kind of look at things. All of government is about spending and it's all about trying to figure out that what money gets spent with. There are so many different things that get kind of pushed into this and corruption apart. Corruption is a thing I'm not denying here. I'm not saying that there is no corruption. You're talking about wrong spending. They're talking about high-down of spending that they're talking about.
