Retrospective Data and Demand Gen Mentality

Retrospective data allows you to build up a case you're less wrong about the future, right? O riht, i can't predict the future, but i can certainly increase my odds of being less wrong about it. And so when you look at a demand gen mentality, to me, demand gent is i spend my time inform, instructing and giving future facing advice. Based upon that, if i do marketing, well done, i have inbound coming in because of that. Like our businessis more than 80 % inbound in the head hunting business. That's unheard of.
