CNN's John Defterios spoke with Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., about immigration and border security reform. He said the number of people coming into the U.S. illegally is at a record high but that numbers are not going down. The House GOP has failed to act on its own plan for securing the country's southern border which includes revising asylum laws as well as keeping families together in florists' offices until they can be deported.
