Border Patrol Agents on Horseback

Photographer Paul Ratkey said he and his colleagues never saw agents whipping anyone. The photographer behind these images depicting the Border Patrol agents on horseback told KTSM things are not what they seem when it comes out to the photos. It is smoking, smoking gun evidence and it clearly shows that they're willing to lie to the American people for their self-interest. They withheld facts and any time that you withhold facts from the American people, you should be willing to step down from your job. Better men would step down.
