How Do You Convince Leadership About How to Do Marketing?

The question I get is how do you convince leadership about how to do marketing and the kind of way that we're talking about? It just depends on how flexible and willing they are to see differently and try new things. And if they're not, you shouldn't be there. You should just go work for a company that believes in what you believe in. That's really my honest unfiltered answer.
