The French Are at It at the Moment, I Think
France beat Denmark 2-1 in their opening game of the World Cup. France have had some injuries going into the tournament, with Benzema and Hernandez among those who have been ruled out through injury. I think it was the most impressive team performance I've seen so far at this year's finals. Jiro has not had a shot on target for his side but he is very lucky to be playing up front instead of Ben Zemmer - Graeme Souness doesn't like him.
