Dr. Tumor writes a final psychological report reviewing 13 years worth of depositions plus court, clinical and diagnostic records. He concludes that Eileen Warnell fails to meet the criteria for a competency to proceed while she has an appreciation of the charges. "I just believe she gave up at the end from talking with her attorneys or what have you," he says. The day her life ends will be October 9, 2002.
