God Help Us to Say Yes to Your Grace
Peter and John were in the presence of essentially during Jesus's trial, which is remarkable to remember. The Sadducees only believed in the first five books of Moses; they didn't believe in angels. In verse 12 Peter makes it very clear that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. This is this is huge because Jesus himself had said I am the way the truth and the life comes through me.
