Vanguard - What Was It Like to Work for Vanguard?
You served as head of Vanguard's UK and European operations. Tell us a little bit about that experience. I was coming off helping start our financial advisor business, the business I lead today. Did that for about six or seven years. Then Bill McNabb, the CEO at the time asked me if I'd go and start a similar business in the UK and run the European operation. So packed up my wife and his four kids and went to London. It was an unbelievable experience.
