Is It a Fail State or a Bena State?
If hade is in fact a failed state, it's a bena state that's been forced to fail, right? Because if you think about the trajectory of the world, people could have different choices. Haytian authors always said, you should admire us. We're trying to do what you did you wanted to be free. So when we see how much violence and destruction it takes to propel it forward, you can very clearly see that the leaders of each of these nations could have made different choices.
