Focusing on the Right Metrics

I think creative work works the same way. People have a hard time separating themselves from work. The metrics that matter are going to fluctuate with what's going on in the world. Right now, my focus is on teaching people how these tools can help them in the midst of the pandemic. And while that might mean that my top line, my revenue is suffering right now.
