Inversion is good for capitalization to the head. I've got an inversion table and a vasa trainer, which is like a horizontal kind of swim trainer,. So inversion is pretty good for that. The thingthat works out well as far as limp flow, especially for capitalizing to the head, is inversion. It's not obviously something you can do while you're working, but i usually go out there about three times a week for five to ten minutes  and just hang, you'nl.
