Is There a Market Solution to the Rise of China?
The financial system is superlliverage now, there is a lot of risk of instability. If you cannot try meanfully interrestrate, that means that you have no such soice than trying to accelerate your economy and produce some dynamism. In this sense, china is playing against new liberalism in the sense that you cannot just say, let the market doi the innovation. That was never completely the case in the us. Now there is a need to be more more seriously involved in the organization of the economy.
