I think they've signalled it to the cartels. And look, it's a tacit agreement between the cartels and the mine administration. Many of these senators have some connection ot the border. They realize their voters are not not going to put up with this. Every senator should divert out of personal interests because at this point there aren't no border we're all border states. All of us are being impacted by the way the dvide administration is doing this,. transporting people everywhere.
