Coaches can have the culture set up however they want, but if our players are not fulfilling that, then ultimately we're not going to be as successful as we should be. With coaches, and really educators in particular, we all have really good intentions. And so i think it's funny, because a lot of times, especially with with people who don't really take the time to reflect on things that they're learning.
