The Problem With Not Creating a Coherent Narrative
Jim Trusty was a prosecutor himself, turned defense lawyer. I heard pitches a lot of the lines he made last week to the Justice Department in my investigations. He's a very nice, plant spoken person and effective in that regard. And just having known Jim Trussie from that, I could tell it was not going to be persuasive to the Justice Dept.
