The Evolution of Linux Usability and Accessibility

I'm wondering if you can paint a picture of how just general usability and accessibility in Linux has changed from when you guys started this adventure to now. This is something I've worked on for 20, 25 years now. And it certainly started started very humbly. If you've seen screenshots of TWM and X terms and X clock, that is what I used in 1995. Those aren't like stories to frighten children. That was considered a modern desktop. You did get a really big effort. We weren't the only company that was trying to capitalize on the success of Linux on the server.
