And then when the contact like when that field was created it would move them into a workflow. You can just be by setting up automation to look at the string The text of what was submitted and then pick out keywords inside of that string is it going to be a hundred percent? No, but ours was accurate at like 95% and then we had to manually clean up the last 5%.
