Is There Evidence for Finger Strength Training?

As time goes on, my view of what is likely to work in many aspects of training, i get less sure about things. And increasingly, when i think of what's rtant in finger strength training, i think of level of effort. I suspectht, that is really what's important. It would explain how you can get many different claimers who follow quite similar protocles. They are still like that. Their basic strength level does not move that much. That ees to be tested.
