There is a growing realization that we can't just rebuild when these things happen to the level that they were before. So how do you, for example, rebuild the power grid to make it more resilient to the next storm? Can you put them under the ground so they're not as vulnerable to wind? Or can you put equipment at a certain level higher up so that it's not vulnerable to flooding?"
