"I strongly advise people that they need to be excited and interested and passionate about their job," he says. "If you don't enjoy this, isn't that going to reflect on everything else? ... It's got to affect the rest of your life." He has always tried to find work which gets him excited in his day-to-day activities. And then handle that what's happened is, generally speaking, if I've worked on something with that in mind, it's resulted in some sort of promotion.
