Fif ten years later, it's currently worth 400, forty thousand. Once you adjust for inflation, this property has not risen in value very much. If the future plays out like the past, you're probably not going to expect much in the way of market gains on this property. Many real estate investors consider that good for one door that holds a mortgage.
