A, i appreciate your time. Thank you so much for that question. I'll tell you a few observations right off to that. You bought this for 309 thousand. Fif ten years later, it's currently worth 400, forty thousand. Once you adjust for inflation, this property has not risen in value very much. If the future plays out like the past, you're probably not going to expect much in the way of market gains on this property. Many real estate investors consider that good for one door that holds a mortgage.
