Paul Ryan: Is It Time for the Republican Party to Move On?

There is not a majority of the Republican base that likes everything Kevin McCarthy is doing. It's not the way you saw them take action, repeal funding for IRS enforcement to catch up on tax sheets and more restrictions on abortion. All of these things are not popular with the American public but they are popular with some measure of the GOP base. And I don't know what's up with Kevin McCarthy and Donald Trump and how their relationship is about.
