Julie Harris was last seen alive on March 3rd, 1996. Her mother's live in Boyfriend Dawn is the last person to see Julie alive. The usually bright and upbeat girl had recently become withdrawn and reactive. She was actually supposed to be on a special Olympic skiing trip with her mother and brother when she went missing. No one has ever publicly come forward to corroborate Dawn's claim that they were fishing at the time of her disappearance.
