The History of Homer in Britain
There are some uses of Homer in British English. They're just not very common uses. There's a Scottish usage of the word Homer, which means a job that somebody does and somebody's home. A cartoonist over here in Britain still tweeting about it saying, I still haven't forgiven wordle for Homer. And is it ruined as streak? Is it not oh, it ruined as streaks? We get attached to them at least.
