How to Refinance a Residential Mortgage

The one our former primary has no regular mortgage. We do have a HELOC that we have tapped into to gain other properties. The mortgage we have on the second St. Louis property is around 4.4 or 4.5%. And it's a $99,000 balance. So kind of a they're both smaller homes.
