African Romans of the Third Century?
There are several African Romans of that period. Septimuth Severus is perhaps the most notable. A man almost certainly of Berber origins from what is the day Libya. It's quite possible, in fact, it's almost certain there were Africans here before that period. But we don't know very much about them.
