South Korea - Apple Pays Unpaid Taxes
The class action suit covers customers who purchased apple care protection plan or apple carplas for an e pone or eye pad, either directly or through the iphone up grade programe. Plaintiffs in the case have asked a federal court to approve apple's proposed settlement. Apple agreed to change how it operates in the country, but did not plead guilty to the accusations.
