Almost every sas company is overstaffed by a lot because their ineffectiveness in marketing, or the fact that they haven't defined well enough their ideal customer profile. The first step do market research to see if you have product market fits ta to your customern. See if what they're using to day is good enough, or maybe there's a better way to do it. Understand what the better ways are. And then go and pick five people ideally with some different cause rs not all the same.
