But his lawyers, according to your piece, are trying to disregard or have the judge disregard the Hollywood access tapes which everyone has heard. They say that this shows no pattern of behavior. I'm saying if it doesn't show a pattern of behavior or serious character flaws, somebody who would joke about sexual harassment and then be on trial for sexual assault? That's astonishing. If she ends up winning, we have a presidential candidate who has been found liable by a jury of rape.
