How to Scout Young Football Players for the First Team Level
How do you build a thought process around kind of that type of integration or that type of scouting that is sustainable and also kind of can be considerate to the player. There's some fantastically talented young people but whether I mean you're hitting puberty you're having good sports there's so much going on with a child body it becomes difficult to really assess. Chelsea are looking at players like Leipzig, like Badia Schile, they like Levi Colville what you're looking at when they're younger is that they're showing enough examples of what you look for at the position without needing them to be the absolute finished product.
