What Happened to a Kirkwood Woman?

Nicolle: This woman was clearly taken with some scam artist. She lost money and then scammed other women into losing their entire lifes savings. Is just a tragic story, my guessis, you know, in part she was charged in order to then turn on the larger fish. It's good to see the federal government is trying to pro actively stop these scamps.
