As we are born a hundred % worthy, we are then taught otherwise. We are conditioned to believe and at some point you accepted it. The moment you don't choose it any more, you become something different. Wort ness is already inside of you. Confidence is already in you. It's just releasing the parts and the conditioning and the bolshet that you have been fed your whole life That made you think that you were anything but fucking worthy and confident and amazing and bautiful from inside out. Is it painful? I'm sure it will be that. Sometimes. You can make a new choice and continuously show up in that light.
