Do You Know What Happened to Theresa's Money?
Theresa's wallet was found on the side of a road 12 and a half miles from where her body had been located. Investigators also find her ID, her library card, some old receipts and a picture of Vlad. In June, Corporal Goudreau concludes his findings with a written report but it isn't released to the public. All he tells the family is that an official ruling can't be made and only time will reveal what really happened.
