Is There Horse Trading Going On?
There is still horse trading going on, back and forth, bargaining the the exchanging of drafts. The decision written in february may not be released for another month or so. It really begs the question, joe, who's behind this leak and why? And there'e a lot of theories, one is that it's the outraged liberals on the court.
