How Juan's Life Changed After Buying a House

I started working in 08 and I bought my first property in 09. It was like one year after I started working, which is right about how long I needed to get a loan out of you for that profession. My only problem I've ever had was that first house that I decided manage on my own. Stupid idea was worried about the $100 I was spending on property management. Not the thousands of dollars I could go make at workWorking overtime and letting somebody else deal with it. The tenant took me for a run. He's just better at being a tenant than I was a landlord. So he ripped me off pretty good.
