Keeping Good Habits in Place

Doctor maya shunker is your guest host for the week. We'll explore how to make it easier to build new habits so we can achieve our long term goals. One of my favourite techniques for keeping good habits in place comes from a friend of mine, katy milkman. She coined the term temptation bundling which involves taking something that you don't really enjoy, but that you know is good for you and paring it with what brings you joy. Another way to try and good habits is to set goals when you're in the same physiological or psychological state you plan to actually pursue those goals.
