I relate highly to what you're saying because I started catering to clients in 96 online. While we were all growing up in the dot com bubble, hearing these stories that, oh, you must raise money from some unknown mythical third party. It used to make no sense to me because nobody was making money. A lot of people don't want to be in business for a long time. They want to sell their business so they can start another business and then flip that and start another business. That's entirely a fine model if that's what you're into, but it's not what I'm into. I'm into building something for the long term."
