By discussing images of MLK, 9/11, and Pearl Harbor, the US Congress was exposed to an effective presentation by a foreign leader pleading for help that resulted in immediate actions by the US Government to send additional support. But does Zelenskyy's address fundamentally change anything for America, and was Charlie moved by the foreign leader's presentation?
