Will There Be a Resolution With Just Cronkey?

i'm starting to see why steven cronkey wants to get out from under this thing, absolutely. I think it'll be a global settlement with both, even if they negotiate with the plaintiff separately. Boy, it seems like this is just going to be a field day for lawyers. Some of the ers in this case have it on a contingent fee, so it could be quite a pay day.
