Time is fast and slow, situating ourselves in time is harder than we thought. Our book could be a kind of a rejoinder to COVID in a certain sense. We studied the astrolab, the canonical hours, and then also the mechanical clock. And so we studied other more intuitive systems of time management that were based on natural and seasonal change from calendars.
