Libya and the Global Enduring Disorder
The Sahel crisis broke out in 2012 and initially it originated in the northern part of Mali with external influences coming from northern Algeria and from Libya. Russia has inflicted major losses to terrorist groups that's indisputable but as part of their operations they have killed hundreds of civilians. The Minismar which is the peacekeeping organization by the UN has never been allowed to investigate these cases even though plenty of testimonies tell the same story. In Libya without a coordinated reconstruction effort a vacuum was created where Russia and Turkey were really the key players in determining Libya's political trajectory.
