Cohen said the grand jury barely asked him any questions and he basically told them if they had cherry picked documents. Cohen's presentation in essence was, yeah, I did these things on his behalf. So you charged me, but you should have charged the person as well who I was doing this for. The prosecution would be completely moronic if they were going to hide the ball and act like the history didn't happen. It is not a secret that at some point in time Michael Cohen was Donald Trump's lawyer."
