The Harmonization of the ETPR Enforcement

Do you subscribe to calls that we have heard about the GDPR having been reopened for discussion in the next term? I fully disagree with those who went to reopen the ETPR because I think it works. There are already more than 20 cases pending before the European Court of Justice which is our highest court for the European Union. So there's no use to change anything that is working that the court is going to decide upon and what would be the consequence. That's not for the good of the data protection of the fundamental right of the European citizens to have this interregnum or nothing in between.
