The Importance of Strategy in Product and Process Innovation

The strategy for me is going to be what dictates what are the things that they may not know how to think of, but that I can then look at all the experience and say, well, here's where you're out. If your game is product and process innovation, then you need the ability to take a recipe from a lab or from an idea in a scientist's head and define it in manufacturing terms. And that's a very different game that you're going to accomplish with a tool like plant apps compared to something which is only focused on with execution. It doesn't think about detailed specs and process.
