The Importance of a Programming Language
TPL would stand for true programming languages. I do believe there's a tensor programming language already quite right but wasn't it? TPL is the way you express algorithms rather than just how to push numbers around or if you want we can generalize maybe TPL would standing for true Programming Languages.
