Keys' DUI
Keys was arrested for drunk driving on February 7th of 2001, just several days after Tammy told him that she was pregnant with Sarah. This is also the same time that Keys told Annie that he was going to be on an army field trip and would be out of contact for a few days. According to Washington State DUI laws, Keys would not have had his license revoked until 45 days after his conviction. He was arraigned on May 23rd and signed his plea deal on June 4th. The entire time that Keys has no activity and isn't talking to either girlfriend, he still has his driver's license, and no court dates.
